Before taking on any clients, we will require a short consultation and a questionaire filled out.  Please contact us through e-mail for more information and let us know who you would prefer as your coach.  We can add you to a waitlist and will contact you when openings become available.

Have you ever wanted to be coached by 3x Hyrox World Champion, Lauren Weeks?!  Here is your chance!  Lauren uses her experience and knowledge to guide her athletes to their goals.  Lauren has coached CrossFit and bootcamp classes, children swim classes, children soccer, and has been a coach in both the in-person class format and distance personal training for several years.  Lauren currently only takes on three (3) clients for one-on-one coaching but that number might expand in the future.  Lauren is compassionate as a coach, she strives to help her athletes reach all of their goals!  She will analyze your results, adjust programming to fit your needs, and help you strategize for any competition based on her knowledge of your athletic ability.  She knows what athletes go through on race week and has experience with almost every situation leading into big competitions.  With a decade of high level sports competitions under her belt, Lauren knows what it takes for someone just starting out to maximize their potential and keep growing.  

Anthony Peressini, COACH

CrossFit level 2 coach, USAWeightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Oregon State University Wrestler 2007-2011, Professional Engineer.  

Professional Engineer, Anthony dives deep into the numbers and analytics to break down what was effective, how to measure it, and provide feedback on skills and technique.  Anthony and Lauren collaborate on Lauren's own programming.  Anthony only takes on two (2) athletes at a time for One-on-One coaching.  Anthony has four (4) years of experience as the University of Nevada Las Vegas' PEX Professor for CrossFit and Bootcamp classes, having developed course curriculums and trained a large variety of athletes from beginners to CrossFit Games Master athletes through learning all of CrossFit's movements.  He has been coaching athletes in wrestling, weightlifting, CrossFit, and bootcamp for Fourteen (14) years.  Anthony has helped numerous athletes achieve their first muscle-up, clean over 285/185-lbs, snatch over 205/145-lbs, complete their first Spartan/DekaFit/Hyrox Race within their goal time, and even been part of a team of coaches that have helped two (2) different people lose over 100-lbs each.  Anthony first began coaching high school students in wrestling while in college then moved to running Marathons himself and coached both his parents to completing Ironman distance (140.6) and Half-Ironman distance (70.3) Triathlons in under 12- and 7-hours, respectfully.  After finding CrossFit in 2014, he quickly got his L1 and over the last 10 years has coached hands-on classes, one-on-one or small groups, programmed for powerlifters, weightlifters, CrossFitters, and Hybrid Athetes.  He progressed to his CrossFit L2 and USAW Sports Performance Coach, while continuing his coaching education and working alongside Lauren during her athletic career. He will be testing for his CrossFit Level 3 (CCFT) by August 2023.
