Daily Programming

T.H.E. Daily Dose

One hour of programming for classes, individuals, and small groups!  T.H.E. Program is built for General Physical Preparedness. Whether your goal is to compete with the elites or to just finish a Hyrox or even just enjoy the training to get into shape, this 1-hr per day workout will direct you toward that goal! Anthony and Lauren write this program monthly and test it ahead of time.  They have been using this program as a base in Lauren's training for the last several years and have built onto it. If you follow her on Instagram, you will likely see many of the same workouts here!

The programming is built for the Elite athlete with several scaling options in the notes. Please be sure to read the notes each day to make sure you are getting the proper stimulus and response from the work you are putting in!

T.H.E. daily follows 6 to 12-week mesocycles throughout the year and you will notice some progressive overload and periodization within those cycles! Do not worry about where in the cycle you start, just pick-up on the day we are on and join in! There will be workouts programmed every day, but we encourage you to take one to two days per week as active recovery, where you row, run, swim, ski, or bike for 30 to 60 minutes. You can pick which days of the week you want those to be, generally Monday and Thursday are alternatively the active recovery day planned.

We are very excited to have you as a part of our team and wish you the best of success! We occasionally have one-on-one coaching spots available but those are very limited, because we work other jobs, we only take on two or three clients each at a time. Being a Hybrid Engine athlete, you will be the first to hear about any open one-on-one coaching when it becomes available!

Remember to write out current PRs before you start and take some BEFORE pictures, so that you can see some progress as you follow along! We strive to make ourselves 1% better each week, whether that is stronger, faster, mentally tougher, or eating healthier! 

T.H.E. Daily Dose is a 1-hr portion of our full Pro Track programming. This program is updated weekly, showing athletes or gyms 7 days in advance. The cycle follows the full-programming outline with an emphasis on the Hyrox and Deka seasons throughout  the year.  This program is expected to take about one-hour each day. The Daily Dose includes a warm-up, strength, daily workout, and extra credit piece

T.H.E. Pro Track

T.H.E. Pro Track is built for dedicated athletes who want to compete in Hybrid Fitness Racing. Whether your goal is to compete with the elites or to be at the top of your age group, this intensive daily workout track will direct you toward that goal! Anthony and Lauren write this program monthly and test it ahead of time.  This program encompasses a broader spectrum and has been the bulk of Lauren's personal programming for the last several years. If you follow her on Instagram, you will likely see many of the same workouts here!

The programming is built for the Elite athlete with basic scaling options in the notes. Please be sure to read the notes each day to make sure you are getting the proper stimulus and response from the work you are putting in!

T.H.E. Pro Track follows 6 to 12-week mesocycles throughout the year and you will notice progressive overload and periodization within those cycles with Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary goals changing depending on the season! This program ramps up into Hyrox Season where the goal is to peak for World Championships and have mini mesocycle peaks for Major races. The off-season will focus more on strength and power, while in-season will crank up the running and endurance pieces. Do not worry about where in the cycle you start, just pick-up on the day we are on and join in! There will be workouts programmed every day, but we encourage you to take one to two days per week as active recovery, where you row, run, swim, ski, or bike for 45 to 90 minutes. You can pick which days of the week you want those to be, generally Monday and Thursday are alternatively the active recovery day planned.

This is our Pro athlete programming track with Warm-ups, Monostructural Engine Building, General Physical Preparedness, Strength, Applied strength, Extra Credit, and Gross Conditioning pieces. This program is updated weekly, showing athletes or gyms 7 days in advance. The cycle follows the yearly outline with an emphasis on the Hyrox and Deka seasons throughout  the year.  This program is expected to take about two-to-four hours each day and can be split into two session or done as one big block.
