WELCOME TO THE HYBRID ENGINE

This is the website for Hybrid Fitness Programming and Coaching run by 3-time Hyrox World Champion, Lauren Weeks and Anthony Peressini, PE.  

Using their combined backgrounds in Swimming, Wrestling, Soccer, Weightlifting, Marathon Running, Triathlon, and CrossFit, Lauren and Anthony have found an effective combination in tandem with their engineering and coaching backgrounds that has propelled Lauren to the top of the Hybrid Fitness scene.  From Certifications, personal experience, lessons learned, and prior hands-on coaching, this team is here to give you the tools, parts, and instruction on building your own HYBRID ENGINE!

Daily Programming

Follow along with our weekly programming, options include T.H.E. Daily Dose that is just 1-hr per day up to T.H.E. Pro Track that follows along with Lauren Weeks' full day of programming adjusted to fit the mass audience! Each athlete gets their own login and can jump in at any time! You can record your workouts and see how you stack up against others on the program or keep your results hidden and shock everyone on course! We base this program around consistent improvement of overall fitness.  T.H.E. coaches integrate the running and machine work into high volume gym work.

While on the Pro Track, each athlete receives guidance through the community chat or DMs, where they can ask questions and get responses from T.H.E. coaches, other Elite and Pro athletes, or others who have had the same questions! Coach Anthony will also provide tapers to anyone on the Pro Track directly from the point in the program that we are at for whatever event you are preparing for (just ask about 10 days out from your event)!

Hybrid Programming Add-ons

6-week to 16-week programming that you can add to whatever programming you are already following!  These programs add 20-45 minutes of work three (3) to six (6) times per week.  Currently there are beginner running aids for CrossFit and strength athletes and a Beginner Strength program for endurance athletes.
