WELCOME TO THE HYBRID ENGINE

This is the website for Hybrid Fitness Programming and Coaching run by 3-time Hyrox World Champion, Lauren Weeks and Anthony Peressini, PE.  

Using their combined backgrounds in Swimming, Wrestling, Soccer, Weightlifting, Marathon Running, Triathlon, and CrossFit, Lauren and Anthony have found an effective combination in tandem with their engineering and coaching backgrounds that has propelled Lauren to the top of the Hybrid Fitness scene.  From Certifications, personal experience, lessons learned, and prior hands-on coaching, this team is here to give you the tools, parts, and instruction on building your own HYBRID ENGINE!

Daily Programming

Follow along with our weekly programming, choose from a variety of tracks from T.H.E. Daily Dose that is just 1-hr per day up to T.H.E. Pro Track that is a Hybrid Pro's full day of programming adjusted to fit the mass audience! Each athlete gets their own login and can jump in at any time! You can record your workouts and see how you stack up against others on the program or keep your results hidden and shock everyone on course!

Guided Daily Track

In this program, you will get to follow along with our daily programming tracks, T.H.E. Daily Dose or T.H.E. Pro Track, interact with the communities on the app and our Facebook group, and have a 30-minute consultation every other week with your coach of choice (Anthony or Lauren)! Each athlete gets their own login and can jump in at any time! You can record your workouts and see how you stack up against others on the program or keep your results hidden and shock everyone on course!  The guided tracks are for those who are looking for hands on assistance planning, strategizing, or needing that additional touch.  T.H.E. will help you determine which pieces are most important for your training, assist with volume management, and come up with your best racing strategy!

Hybrid Programming Add-ons

6-week to 16-week programming that you can add to whatever programming you are already following!  These programs add 20-45 minutes of work three (3) to six (6) times per week.  Currently there are beginner running aids for CrossFit and strength athletes and a Beginner Strength program for endurance athletes.

COMING SOON:

Fixed Track Programs

6-week to 20-week programming that you can following along at your own pace!  Everyone starts at Week 1 Day 1 whenever you do this!  These programs vary from Weightlifting only, Hyrox specific with an endurance focus, Hyrox specific with a strength focus, Deka focused, General Base building, and so much more!!  As opposed to the Add-on programs, these are meant to be your full day of training for the duration of the program.


1-on-1 or Group Coaching

1-on-1 or small group coaching with your favorite coach!  Spots are currently full.
