This is the website for Hybrid Fitness Programming and Coaching run by 3-time Hyrox World Champion, Lauren Weeks and Anthony Peressini, PE. Beginning with their first Hyrox race in 2019, after 7 years of coaching other sports and a combined 25+ years of experience, this duo has the most experience out there in preparing athletes for Hyrox at a high level.
Using their combined backgrounds in Swimming, Wrestling, Soccer, Weightlifting, Marathon Running, Triathlon, and CrossFit, Lauren and Anthony have found an effective combination in tandem with their engineering and coaching backgrounds that has propelled Lauren and several other Elite 15 athletes to the top of the Hybrid Racing scene, year over year. Developing their own Hybrid Racing methodology for any hybrid race out there. Anthony sits on the Sports Science Advisory Committee for Hyrox as a coaching expert and is a contributor to the Hyrox Level 2 certification course.

8-week to 16-week programming that you can add to whatever programming you are already following! These programs add 20-45 minutes of work three (3) to six (6) times per week. Currently there are beginner running aids for CrossFit and strength athletes and a Beginner Strength program for endurance athletes, or a Machine Monster program that will help you dominate on the ergs!
